Refund policy

At Miena Jewels, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is incorrect

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • All tags must be intact

Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized jewellery

  • Items purchased on clearance or sale

  • Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)

4. Replacement

If your return is approved, we will offer:

  • Replacement product (subject to availability)
    or

  • Store credit

5. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
